October 14 (SeeNews) - Croatian fertiliser maker Petrokemija [ZSE:PTKM-R-A] has established a clay producing company and a pallet producer as its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
The two new units were registered with the Zagreb commercial court on October 10 after Petrokemija's supervisory board issued an approval for their establishment in July, the parent company said in two separate filings with the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
The clay producing company, Tvornica Gline Kutina, has a founding capital of 34.9 million kuna ($4.7 million/5.2 million euro) and will be active in clay and kaoilin extraction, processing and trade.
The pallet producer, Tvornica Paleta Kutina, has a founding capital of 5.7 million kuna.
Petrokemija's shares traded 0.42% up at 48 kuna by 0930 CET on Monday.
