April 9 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) closed up on Tuesday, with telecommunication services provider Optima Telekom [ZSE:OPTE] leading the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.
Optima Telekom's shares closed 6.94% higher at 3.08 kuna.
Transmission equipment manufacturer Dalekovod [ZSE:DLKV] paced the blue-chip decliners, as its shares closed 3.33% lower at 6.38 kuna.
Tourism company Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] was the most traded blue chip on the ZSE on Tuesday, generating a turnover of 1.1 million kuna.
ZSE's total trading turnover increased to 15.7 million kuna ($2.4 million/2.1 million euro), from 4.4 million kuna on Monday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX share index rose by 0.19% to 1,796.87 after growing 0.07% on Monday.
The narrower of the ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, increased by 0.07% to 1,050.40 after falling 0.07% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS edged up 0.17% to 112.5708.
