June 14 (SeeNews) - Croatia's net electricity production decreased by 29.5% to 836 GWh in April from 1,186 GWh in the same month of 2018, the country's statistical office said on Friday.
On a monthly comparison basis, electricity output also dropped, from 844 GWh in March, the office said in a statement.
Croatia's electricity imports decreased to 995 GWh in April from 1,062 GWh in the same month last year, while exports almost halved to 455 GWh from 869 GWh.
Month-on-month, electricity imports dropped 9.8% in April, while exports edged up 0.8%.
Electricity made available to the domestic market amounted to 1,372 GWh in April, down from 1,488 GWh in March, and down slightly from 1,377 GWh in April 2018.
