September 20 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) fell for a third day on Tuesday as losses in Hrvatski Telekom and Valamar offset gains in Atlantska Plovidba, bourse data showed.
The 22-share blue-chip index, the CROBEX, dipped 0.06% to end at 1,976.59 points. The narrower CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, declined 0.32% to close at 1,176.89 points.
Index heavyweight Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] was the most traded company on Tuesday with a turnover of 2.8 million kuna ($372,000/372,000 euro). Its shares fell 0.53% to end at 186 kuna.
Shares of shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] appreciated 4.22% to close at 445 kuna in a turnover of 1.7 million kuna.
Hotel owner and operator Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] shed 0.97% to finish at 30.70 kuna in a turnover of 1.6 million kuna.
In lower turnovers, shares of food and pharmaceuticals producer Podravka [ZSE:PODR] declined 0.69% and consumer goods distributor Atlantic Grupa [ZSE:ATGR] went down 1.05%.
The bourse's total trading turnover reached 7.4 million kuna from 4.6 million kuna on Monday.
