March 19 (SeeNews) - Croatian confectionery producer Kras [ZSE:KRAS] said on Tuesday it has increased its own shareholding to 5.3251% of the total share capital after acquiring a further 559 shares, representing a 0.03730% stake, on March 15.
Kras now holds 79,803 of its own shares, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Kras is the one of the leading confectionery producers in Southeast Europe. Apart from its factories in Zagreb, the company owns two factories for biscuits and waffles located in Croatia and in Bosnia.
