March 19 (SeeNews) - Croatian electrical equipment manufacturer Koncar Elektroindustrija [ZSE:KOEI] said on Tuesday that its unit Koncar - Digital has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in software company Adnet.
In a note to the Zagreb bourse, Koncar did not provide any financial details about the deal.

On Friday, Koncar Elektroindustrija announced that Koncar - Digital signed an agreement to buy an indirect stake of 52% in local software company Adnet and that the transaction will be conducted through the acquisition of a majority stake in Adnet's owner, Kreanca Sustavi.
With this acquisition, Koncar - Digital broadens its product and service portfolio in network and computer equipment delivery, design, implementation, and engineering, along with associated application solutions for managing critical and urban infrastructure projects, it said back then.
According to the court registry, Adnet had been founded by Kreanca and two individuals, Ivka Udovicic and Vlatko Debeljuh, while Kreanca had been set up by Ivan Daidzic and Ante Martinic.
Koncar's shares traded 2.34% higher at 262 euro ($284.60) on Tuesday afternoon on the Zagreb bourse.
