July 1 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Intermetal is building a 10 million euro ($11.3 million) manufacturing plant that will produce car parts for Bosnia's TMD Group, a supplier of international automotive majors, Croatian media reported.
Intermetal, owned by a Bosnian businessman, will employ some 100 people in the new plant in Babina Greda village, in north-eastern Croatia, news daily Glas Slavonije quoted the head of the local municipality, Josip Krnic, as saying over the weekend.
The construction of the production plant which spreads on an area of 5,500 square metres will be completed by the end of September and the plant will launch operations at the beginning of 2020, Krnic said.
It will produce car parts for TMD Group which works for some of the largest companies from the global automotive industry.
