January 15 (SeeNews) - Croatian civil engineering company Institut IGH [ZSE:IGH] said on Monday that its subsidiary in Georgia signed a 1.8 million euro ($2.0 million) contract for a road upgrade project with the country's ministry for regional development and infrastructure.
Under the deal, Institut IGH's subsidiary will prepare a feasibility study and a design project to upgrade the ring road of Kobuleti, in western Georgia, into a four-lane motorway, Institut IGH said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
Institut IGH's shares traded flat at 13 euro on Monday afternoon, bourse data showed.
