May 8 (SeeNews) - Croatian oil and gas company INA [ZSE:INA-R-A] has said that it plans to pay a dividend of 125 kuna ($18.9/16.9) per share for 2018, up from 81.20 kuna per share distributed last year.
INA will allocate to the dividend payout 1.25 billion kuna from its 2018 net profit of 1.33 billion kuna, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) published last week.
The company will allocate 66.7 million kuna to reserves, whereas the remaining 17.5 million kuna of the 2018 profit will be retained.
The proposal for the divident payout will be put to the vote at the general meeting of INA shareholders scheduled for June 12.
