October 16 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Wednesday it held 423,552 of its own shares as of October 16, representing 0.521490% of the company's issued share capital.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 407 of its shares at 168.5 kuna ($25.0/22.7 euro) apiece on October 14, and a further 1,829 shares the following day at 169.9 kuna, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without nominal value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
HT's shares traded at 169.5 kuna by 1229 CET on the ZSE on Wednesday, down 0.29% from Tuesday's close.
