September 14 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel owner Helios Faros [ZSE:HEFA] said its shareholders decided to skip dividend payment for last year.
Shareholders representing 98.91% of the company's equity capital approved on October 13 the management's proposal for distribution of dividend for 2021, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse, without elaborating.
According to the proposal, which was published in July, the company's net profit of 2.7 million kuna kuna ($359,000/359,000 euro) reported for 2021 will be used to cover its loss from 2018 and part of the loss for 2019. Last year the shareholders decided to cover the company's loss of 8.3 million kuna for 2020 with future profit.
The company' shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on August 4, when they closed unchanged at 8.80 kuna.
