September 20 (SeeNews) - Croatia’s Erste&Steiermarkische Bank said on Thursday it intends to issue five-year bonds in the total nominal amount of 500 million euro ($585.3 million) and list them on the official market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The raised funds will be used for general purposes, Erste&Steiermarkische Bank said in a filing to the ZSE.
The lender explained that the bonds will only be offered to eligible counterparties and professional investors.
Erste&Steiermarkische Bank will hold a series of meetings with investors on the forthcoming issue from October 9 to 16.
Austria-based Erste Group Bank AG holds a 59.02% stake in the Rijeka-headquartered Erste&Steiermarkische Bank, while the remainder is owned by Austria's Steiermaerkische Bank und Sparkassen AG.
