January 3 (SeeNews) - Croatian Credit Bank Zagreb (Kreditna Banka Zagreb) has changed its name to Agram Banka, following a decision of the the Zagreb Commercial Court, it said on Wednesday.
The bank operates under the new name as of January 1, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
Agram Banka's assets totalled 3.4 billion kuna ($520.5 million/458.1 million euro) at the end of September, representing an increase by 0.5%, compared to the previous quarter, the company's third-quarter financial report shows.
According to the financial report, the company's consolidated net profit amounted to 25.5 million kuna, a jump by 75.5% compared to the same period last year.
In April 2015, Kreditna Banka Zagreb and Podravska Banka agreed to merge. The total assets of Podravska Banka and Kreditna Banka Zagreb stood at 3.1 billion kuna and 4.3 billion kuna, respectively, at the end of 2014, giving them market shares of 0.76% and 1.07%.
