November 8 (SeeNews) - Croatia's privatisation agency has picked the bid of local company PND Strategija for the acquisition of a state-owned 68.94% stake in Hoteli Maestral, the hotel operator said on Thursday.
The center for enterprise restructuring and privatisation, CERP, is selling 355,520 shares in Hoteli Maestral for a minimum price of 126.8 million kuna ($19.5 million/ 17.1 million euro), the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

CERP said last month it received three binding bids for the purchase of the shares - from PND Strategija, as well as Czech Republic-based companies J&T IB Capital Markets and Eco Investment.
The last attempt of CERP to sell Hoteli Maestral failed in February after it rejected the bid lodged by J&T IB Capital Markets. At the time, the minimum price was set at 114.3 million kuna.
An earlier call finished unsuccessfully in September 2016 after no bids were submitted.
