September 13 (SeeNews) - Croatian food and phamraceuticals producer Podavka said that the supervusory board of its pharmaceutiucals arm Belupo decided on Tuesday to appoint Hrvoje Ceovic CEO of Belupo.
His term as chairman of the management board of Belupo will start on October 1, 2022 and will last until September 30, 2025, Podravka said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse without elaborating.
Ceovic has spent 28 years at US consumer goods corporation Procter & Gamble working in different commercial positions across the EMEA region. He left P&G as vice president of sales for central Europe in 2021 and founded his own consulting company, according to information published on his profile on LinkedIn.
According to Belupo's website, the company is run by a management board with two members - Tihomir Hedjever and Marko Djerek.
Podravka's shares traded 1.39% lower at 568 kuna ($77/75euro) intraday on Tuesday on the Zagreb bourse.
