August 8 (SeeNews) - Croatian motor vehicle dealer Auto Hrvatska [ZSE:AUHR] said on Monday it purchased 245 own shares, representing a stake of 0.041%.
Auto Hrvatska bought back 10 shares in a transaction carried out on August 3 and the remaining 235 in a separate transaction on August 4, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Following the transactions, Auto Hrvatska holds 42,759 of its own shares, representing 7.13% interest, the company said.
Auto Hrvatska's shares last traded on the ZSE on August 3, closing 2.30% lower at 850 kuna ($115.3/113.2 euro), bourse data showed.
