December 19 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Arena Hospitality Group [ZSE:ARNT] signed an agreement on Tuesday to move its shares to the Prime Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE), the bourse said.
"The transformation of Hospitality Group Arena started in 2016, and today's listing is another important step for our company," Arena Hospitality Group's CEO Reuel Slonim said, as quoted in a ZSE statement.
In a separate statement issued on Tuesday, Arena Hospitality Group said that it was notified by ZSE that it will transfer its 5,128,721 ordinary shares, without nominal value, from the Official Market to the Prime Market. The first day of trading for Arena Hospitality Group on the Prime Market will be December 20.
The Prime Market has been a part of the ZSE structure for some time but no companies entered it until September, when Atlantic Grupa [ZSE:ATGR] became the first company to trade on it.
On Wednesday Arena Hospotality Group shares traded at 346 kuna ($53.3/46.6 euro), unchanged from Tuesday's close.
