August 30 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said on Friday it held 475,616 of its own shares as of August 30, representing 2.90% of issued share capital.
On August 28, the diversified group bought back 1,990 of its ADRS2 preferred shares at 465 kuna ($69.4/62.8 euro) apiece, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The following day, the company repurchased a further 3,647 ADRS2 shares at the same price per share.
No ordinary shares of Adris traded by 11:52 CET on Friday on the ZSE. The company's preferred shares traded at 463 kuna, down 0.43%.
Adris is buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a year-long programme that will run until June 19, 2020.
