July 11 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said it held 454,809 treasury shares as of July 10, representing 2.77% of the company's issued equity capital.
On July 8, the diversified group bought 2,896 ADRS2 shares for 463 kuna ($70.6/62.6 euro) apiece, it said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.
On July 9, it purchased 2,861 ADRS units at 515 kuna per share. The same day, it bought back 1,579 ADRS2 shares for 464 kuna apiece.
On July 10, Adris purchased 25 ADRS units at 515 kuna apiece. The same day it bought ADRS2 shares at 464.5 kuna per share.
Adris has launched a new reward programme of buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management. The programme covers a one-year period until June 19, 2020.
