April 8 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 475,534 of its own shares as of Monday, representing 2.89% of the company's issued equity capital, it said.
On April 4, the diversified group bought 456 of its ADRS2 shares at a price of 445 kuna ($67.4/59.9 euro) apiece, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Monday. The same day it purchased a further 87 of its ADRS units, at 510 kuna per share.
On April 8, the company purchased 105 ADRS2 shares at 444 kuna apiece. The same day, it bought 24 of its ADRS units for 505 kuna per share.
Adris has been buying back its own shares for several months in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a reward programme launched last year. The programme will last until June 16, 2019.
