March 13 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 472,205 of its own shares as of Tuesday, representing 2.87% of the company's issued equity capital, it said.
On March 8, the diversified group bought 113 of its shares at a price of 510 kuna ($77.6/68.7 euro) apiece, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Tuesday. That same day, it also bought 83 shares at 439.63 kuna per share.
Adris has been buying back its shares for several months to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a reward programme launched last year. The programme will last until June 16, 2019.
