July 15 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said on Monday it held 456,391 treasury shares as of July 15, representing 2.78% of its share capital.
On July 11, the diversified group bought 761 own ADRS2 shares at 464.8 kuna ($70.9/62.9 euro) apiece, it said in filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
The following day, it purchased 821 ADRS2 units at 464.3 kuna per share.
Adris has launched a new reward programme of buying back its own shares in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management. The programme covers a one-year period until June 19, 2020.
