May 20 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said it held 483,732 of its own shares as of May 17, representing 2.94% of the company's issued equity capital.
On May 15, the diversified group bought 628 of its ADRS2 shares at a price of 445 kuna ($66.9/59.9 euro) apiece, it said in a bourse filing on Friday.
The same day, it purchased a further 55 ADRS units at 510 kuna per share. On May 16, the company acquired 639 ADRS2 shares at 444.47 kuna apiece.
The following day, the company bought 688 ADRS2 units at 443 kuna per share.
Adris has been buying back its own shares for several months in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a reward programme launched last year. The programme will run until June 16, 2019.
