January 22 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 346,002 of its own shares as of January 21, representing 2.10% of the company's equity capital, it said.
On January 17, Adris repurchased 236 of its preferred shares at a price of 420.0 kuna ($64.2/56.5 euro), while on January 18 it bought back 269 preferred shares at a price of 420.0 kuna, the group said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Monday.
On January 21, the group purchased 271 of its own shares, at a price of 420.0 kuna apiece, representing 0.0016% of the company's total share captial.
Adris has been buying back its shares for several months to distribute them to its workers and the company's management under a reward programme launched by the company last year. The programme will last until June 16 this year.
