April 16 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] held 476,211 of its own shares as of Monday, representing 2.90% of the company's issued equity capital, it said.
On April 12, the diversified group bought 399 of its ADRS2 shares at a price of 447 kuna ($68/60.1 euro) apiece, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Monday.
On April 15, it purchased 92 ADRS units, at 505 kuna per share.
Adris has been buying back its own shares for several months in order to distribute them to its employees and the company's management under a reward programme launched last year. The programme will last until June 16, 2019.
