June 14 (SeeNews) - The Croatian government said it decided to sell Hotel Zagorje in Kumrovec, some 60 km from the capital Zagreb, to Chinese company Zhongya Real Estate for 14.1 million kuna ($2.1 million/1.9 million euro).
Zhongya was the sole bidder in the tender for Hotel Zagorje, and its offer is valid and above the minimum required price of 11.96 million kuna, the government said in a statement on Thursday.

The government opened in March the tender for Hotel Zagorje, which is a former political school with a total area of 27,000 square metres.
In May, Zhongya's founder Jiang Yu said the company plans to invest some 20 million euro in developing congress and health tourism at the location.
