TIRANA (Albania), April 6 (SeeNews) – The number of coronavirus cases in Albania increased to 377, as the death toll from the infection reached 21, local media reported on Monday.
Over the past 24 hours, 16 new patients tested positive for the COVID-19 disease, daily Tirana Times reported.
So fas, the country has carried out tests on 2,571 people. A total of 116 patients have recovered from the disease.
The first coronavirus case in Albania was confirmed on March 9.
Albania’s government earlier declared a state of emergency and imposed a nationwide curfew from 1.00 pm to 5.00 am in an effort to limit the spread of the disease.
