LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), July 10 (SeeNews) – Chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] fell the most among the blue-chip companies on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Wednesday, shedding the gains achieved in the preceding trading session, bourse data showed.
Cinkarna Celje's shares closed 2.56% lower at 2.42 euro on Wednesday, after rising 2.63% on Tuesday.
Fuel retailer Petrol [LJE:PETG] recorded the biggest gains among Slovenia's blue-chip companies on Wednesday. Petrol's shares closed at 359.0 euro, up 0.28%.
The blue-chip SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, ended Wednesday's session 0.30% lower at 887.83 points.
Pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the largest share, of 278,330 euro, of the LJSE's total daily trading turnover which rose to 675,840 euro ($757,461) from 277,560 euro on Tuesday.
