February 8 (SeeNews) - Chinese car parts manufacturer Minth plans to invest 15 million euro ($17.1 million) in the construction of a second factory in Serbia's Sabac, mayor Aleksandar Pajic said.
"Minth decided to buy additional ten hectares of construction land and open another factory in our city. A total of 15 million euro will be invested in the purchase of land and the construction of the new factory," Pajic said in a press release on Monday.

The new factory will be opened in August 2023, according to the press release.
Pajic said last month that Minth plans to complete the construction of its first factory in Sabac, an investment worth 50 million euro, in April. Minth will open 170 jobs at the factory, Pajic said back then.
Minth already operates a factory in Loznica, in western Serbia.
