March 19 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said that it has received a request for admission to trading of a subsequent issue of shares in lender Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) [BUL:4CF], comprised of 13,975,679 shares.
Following the issuance, CCB's registered capital amounts to 127.13 million levs ($73.8 million/65.0 million euro), the BSE operator said in a statement on Monday.
CCB issued the shares earlier this year by converting part of its 36 million euro bond issue. CCB converted 23,009 of its bonds, each with a nominal value of 1,000 euro.
CCB was Bulgaria's eight largest lender by assets at the end of January, according to central bank data.
