September 12 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria-based investment platform Webit Investment Network, or WIN, [BUL:WIN1] said on Friday that it will propose to pay a guaranteed dividend in the future only if its common shares reach prespecified profitability.
Shareholders will vote on the proposal as well as other planned changes of corporate rules during an extraordinary general meeting on October 10, 2022, Webit said in a bourse filing.
Under the proposed changes, the company will distribute a guaranteed dividend only if the yield per share equals at least the weighted average issue value of all shares of the company.
Additionally, Webit will seek a permission to conduct a single or several capital increases of up to 50 million levs ($25.9 million/25.56 million euro) each within the next five years.
The company became public in June, raising around 5.8 million levs in an initial public offering.
