June 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian pharmaceuticals producer Tchaikapharma [BUL:7TH] said on Thursday that it has filed for listing 7.9 million shares, issued as a result of a recent capital increase, on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Following the capital increase, Tchaikapharma's capital consists of 72.2 million shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each, the company said in a bourse filing.
In April, Tchaikapharma's shareholders approved a proposal to hike the company's capital to 72.2 million levs ($44.6 million/36.9 million euro) from 64.3 million levs via a bonus share issue, using part of the company's net profit in 2017.
Tchaikapharma shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Tuesday, when they closed without change at 8.1 levs.
