September 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Synergon Holding [BUL:6S7] said that it has increased the capital of its wholly owned subsidiary Toplivo Gas to 1 million levs ($597,000/511,300 euro) from 902,700 levs.
Synergon Holding subscribed for 1,023 shares with a nominal value of 100 levs each, the group said in a bourse filing on Monday.
Earlier this year, Synergon Holding increased Toplivo Gas' capital to 902,700 levs from 602,700 levs.
Synergon Holding increased the capital of several other units throughout this year, including Enerdzhy Delta, Synergon Energy, Synergon Transport and Synergon Petroleum.
Synergon Holding was set up in 1996 as a privatisation fund under Bulgaria's voucher privatisation programme. The fund was transformed into a holding structure the following year. It has more than 25 subsidiaries and affiliated companies operating in various sectors of the Bulgarian economy.
