September 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian tobacco products manufacturer Slantse Stara Zagora Tabac [BUL:3JO] said on Tuesday that it has raised some 17.82 million levs ($10.0 million/9.1 million euro) in a capital increase via a new share issue.
Investors subscribed for and paid a total of 1,649,999 shares in the company, Slantse Stara Zagora Tabac said in a bourse filing.
The company offered for subscription 1.65 million shares at a price of 10.8 levs each.
Slantse Stara Zagora Tabac is now due to enter the issue in the commercial register.
The company's shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 11.8 levs.
