March 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian material handling equipment manufacturer Skladova Tehnika [BUL:SLA] raised 1.5 million levs ($862,000/767,000 euro) through the issuance of 107,143 new shares at a price of 14 levs each, commercial register data showed.
With the new issuance, Skladova Tehnika increased its capital to 389,111 levs from 281,968 levs, documents entered into the commercial register on Friday, showed.
Local company AutoBohemia subscribed for 107,100 of the new shares, while private investor Ivan Todorov subscribed for 43 shares.
Skladova Tehnika offered for subscription 563,936 new shares, seeking to raise 7.9 million levs.
Skladova Tehnika's biggest shareholder at the end of 2018 was diversified group Favorit Hold [BUL:6A9], which owned a 66% stake at the time.
In January, Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has approved Favorit Hold's capital increase prospectus.
Favorit Hold will seek to raise up to 3.9 million levs via the issuance of up to 785,641 shares. If the new issue is fully subscribed, Favorit Hold will increase its registered capital to 3.14 million levs from 2.36 million levs currently. The capital increase will be considered successful if at least 250,000 shares are subscribed for and paid for.
Skladova Tehnika was delisted from the Bulgarian Stock Exchange in December 2017.
