October 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SGH] said that it plans to propose to its shareholders a six-month dividend totalling 889,135 levs ($445,925/454,600 euro) for the first half of 2022.
Sirma’s board of directors will propose the payment of 0.015 levs per share at an extraordinary general meeting to be held on November 9, the company said in a stock exchange filing on Saturday.
The dividend is based on a net profit of 998,372 levs booked in the first half of 2022, the company said.
At the general meeting, the board will also propose changes to the corporate rules to enable the distributions of interim six-months dividends.
Additionally, shareholders will vote on a proposed additional remuneration totalling 65,000 euro ($63,360) for the members of the board of directors. The remuneration is related to Sirma Group’s sale of its majority stake in subsidiary Sirma AI to Luxembourg-based New Frontier Technology Invest SARL, part of investment firm Integral Venture Partners.
The deal, which was closed at the start of September, valued the target business at 28.5 million euro.
