December 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian tobacco products maker Slantse Stara Zagora Tabac [BUL:3JO] said that its majority owner - diversified group Sila Holding [BUL:6S5], has sold 79,300 shares in the company for some 624,000 levs ($354,000/319,000 euro).
Sila Holding sold the shares at a price of 7.865 levs apiece outside the Bulgarian Stock Exchange regulated market, Slantse Stara Zagora Tabac said in a statement.

The shares are equal to 2.8% interest in Slantse Stara Zagora Tabac.
Earlier this year, Slantse Stara Zagora Tabac increased its capital to 2,827,859 levs from 1,177,860 levs through the issuance of 1,649,999 shares. The company raised some 17.82 million levs through the capital hike, as it placed the shares at a price of 10.8 levs each.
In May, Slantse Stara Zagora Tabac received shareholders approval to acquire a land plot of between six and eight hectares for up to 12 million levs ($6.9 million/6.1 million euro), where it intends to build a new plant for tobacco products.
