November 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Severcoop Gamza Holding [BUL:6S4] said on Wednesday that it sold its entire 8.04% stake in local Holding Nov Vek [BUL:6N3] for an undislclosed price on October 31.
The company sold a total of 430,000 shares in Holding Nov Vek, Severcoop Gamza Holding said in a bourse filing.

Holding Nov Vek shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 14.5 levs apiece, which would value the deal at over 6.2 million levs ($3.6 million/3.2 million euro).
Last week, Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has asked Holding Nov Vek to provide additional information and documents regarding its request for approval of a capital increase prospectus.
Earlier in October, Holding Nov Vek said that it will seek to raise 20.25 million levs through a capital increase. Holding Nov Vek intends to offer 1.5 million shares at a price of 13.5 levs apiece, the company said at the time.
If all offered shares are subscribed for and paid for, Holding Nov Vek will increase its capital to 5.6 million levs from 4.1 million levs.
