May 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Premier Fund REIT [BUL:4PR] said that it will seek to raise 12.1 million levs ($6.9 million/6.2 million euro) in a capital increase via a new share issue.
Premier Fund REIT will offer 1.15 million shares for subscription at a price of 10.5 levs each, the company said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
The shares carry a nominal value of 1 lev apiece.
Premier Fund REIT's registered capital currently amounts to 650,000 levs.
The capital increase will be considered successful if at least 700,000 shares are subscribed for and paid for.
Premier Fund REIT shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 1.5 levs apiece. There is currently one pending order for sale of 535 shares at an asking price of 1.5 levs per share.
