May 19 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Power Distribution North, a unit of Czech power utility Energo-Pro, said it has signed a 2.8 million levs ($1.6 million/1.4 million euro) deal with local company VEI-Nord for the delivery of electricity distribution boxes.
The deal was signed on April 15, the contracting authority said in a notice on Monday.
The contract envisages the supply of an estimated 2,760 power distribution boxes within a 12-month period, the notice read.
Power Distribution North received four bids in the public procurement procedure for awarding the contract. Price carried 90% weight in the overall ranking of the offers.
Аccording to public register data, the main activities of Popovo-based VEI-Nord are design, assembly, and repair of industrial automation systems.
