October 16 (SeeNews) - New passenger car registrations in Bulgaria rose by an annual 1.7% to 26,894 in the January-September period of 2019, the European Automobile Manufacturers Association, ACEA, said on Wednesday.
In September alone, new passenger car registrations in Bulgaria dropped 8.6% to 2,522, ACEA said in a press release.

New passenger car registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, fell 1.6% year-on-year to some 11.77 million in the first nine months of the year, ACEA statistics indicated.
In EU12, which encompasses member states that have joined the EU since 2004, new passenger car registrations grew 2.6% to just over 1.1 million.
