May 29 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Kardzhali municipality said on Friday that it has launched a tender for a contract for expansion of the regional landfill, worth an estimated 3.7 million levs ($2.1 million/1.9 million euro), VAT excluded.
The contract envisages the design an construction of an additional two cells at the landfill, Kardzhali municipality said in a tender notice.
The deadline for submitting offers is June 18.
Bids will be ranked based on price, with 40% weight, and technical criteria.
