July 1 (SeeNews) - Diversified group Industrial Holding Bulgaria (IHB) [BUL:4ID] said on Monday that it has repurchased 69,910 own shares in June at a weighted average price per share of 1.006 levs ($0.58/0.51 euro).
At the end of June, IHB held 4,825,224 own shares, the company said in a bourse filing.
IHB's capital is divided into 107.4 million shares.
As at 11:30 CET on Monday, IHB shares traded 2% higher at 1.02 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
IHB's five-year share buyback programme, adopted last year, envisages the repurchase of own shares at a price of between 0.70 levs and 1.20 levs apiece.
