November 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Holding Varna [BUL:5V2] has acquired 50,000 shares in local hotel operator Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena Holding [BUL:3NJ] at a price of 14.690 levs ($8,264/7,511 euro) apiece, the latter said on Wednesday.
The shares involved in the transaction represent a stake of 2.16% in the capital of Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena Holding.

Holding Varna bought the shares on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on November 8, the hotel operator said in a bourse filing.
On the same day Holding Varna bought 55,500 shares in the hotel operator, priced at 13.390 levs apiece, Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena Holding said on Tuesday.
Holding Varna held a stake of 52% in Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena Holding at the end of the first half of 2019, according to the company's interim financial statement published at the end of August.
Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Tuesday, when they closed unchanged at 20.60 levs.
