July 31 (SeeNews) - Shares of Bulgarian poultry producer Gradus [BUL:GR6] will start trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on August 6, the bourse said on Tuesday.
The indicative reference price in the first trading session was set at 1.8 levs ($1.08/0.92 euro) per share, the BSE said in a statement.
The company's share capital is divided into 243,608,710 units with a nominal value of 1 lev each.
Late on Monday, the Financial Supervision Commission said it has entered Gradus' share issue into the register of public companies.
Earlier this month, the capital increase of Gradus, carried out as part of an initial public offering (IPO) on the BSE, was entered into the commercial register.
During the company's two-day offering, investors subscribed for a total of 45.2 million shares at a price of 1.8 levs apiece, making it the biggest IPO on the BSE since 2007. Half of the subscribed shares formed the capital increase, while the remaining half were already existing shares.
