May 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian car battery manufacturer Elhim Iskra [BUL:52E] said on Wednesday booked sales revenue of 3.2 million levs ($1.9 million/1.7 million euro) in April, in line with its forecast.
Elhim Iskra generated accumulated January-April revenue of 13.3 million levs and gross profit of 416,000 levs, the company said in a bourse filing.

In the first four months of last year, the company booked sales of 13.8 million levs and a gross profit of 174,000 levs, according to previously reported figures.
The battery maker expects to book revenue of 3.7 million levs in May.
Elhim Iskra is part of blue-chip diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR].
The Pazardzhik-based company exports over 90% of its output.
