December 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:DUH] said that its unit Doverie-Invest has further increased its shareholding interest in Moldova's Moldindconbank by acquiring 23,963 shares representing a stake of 0.48%.
Doverie-Invest owns 78.21% of Moldindconbank following the transaction concluded on December 7, Doverie United Holding said in a bourse filing on Tuesday, without providing further details.

In 2019, Doverie-Invest acquired 63.8865% shareholding interest in Moldindconbank in a public auction and subsequently acquired a further 13.73% in a buyout bid.
As at 12:25 CET on Wednesday, shares in Doverie United Holding traded 6.55% lower at 10.70 levs ($6.16/5.47 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Doverie United Holding owns majority stakes in over 20 companies active in various sectors of the economy, including healthcare, insurance, banking, retail trade, real estate, and others.
