September 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] said on Thursday that local company Donev Investments Holding has acquired 300 shares in the company at a price of 3.260 levs ($1.84/1.67 euro) per share.
Donev Investments Holding acquired the shares on September 4, Doverie United Holding said in a statement.
A day earlier Donev Investments Holding bought 2,700 shares in Doverie United Holding at a weighted average price of 3.225 levs apiece in three deals concluded on September 3, the latter said in a separate statement on Wednesday.
The CEO of Donev Investments Holding, Ivan Donev, is also a member of Doverie United Holding's supervisory board.
Donev Investments Holding is also the largest shareholder in drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR], which in turn is the largest shareholder in Doverie United Holding.
At the end of June, Donev Investments Holding held directly a stake of under 5% in Doverie United Holding.
As at 16:15 CET Doverie United Holding shares traded 1.23% lower on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at 3.22 levs apiece.
