December 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:SFA] said on Friday that diversified group Donev Investments Holding acquired 1,600,000 company shares at a weighted average price of 4.26 levs ($2.47/2.18 euro) apiece.
Donev Investments Holding acquired the shares in several deals on the floor of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 1, Sopharma said in a bourse filing.

In a separate stock exchange filing on Friday, Sopharma said that local company Telso bought 1,329,500 company shares on December 1 at a weighted average price of 4.26 levs apiece.
Donev Investments Holding is the largest shareholder in Sopharma, which in turn is the largest shareholder in diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:DUH], while Telso is indirectly owned by Doverie United Holding's supervisory board member Ventsislav Stoev.
