October 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian food processing company Bulcons Parvomay said that it has invested 5 million levs ($2.8 million/2.6 million euro) in the modernisation of its production facilities and purchase of new machinery.
Following the investment, the company will be able to produce the popular local vegetable puree lyutenitsa in small containers of 75 and 125 grams, Bulcons Parvomay said on Tuesday.
The project benefited from EU funding, according to the company.
Bulcons Parvomay's production facilities spread on some 25,000 sq. m.
